Looks like you have a grade 3 or grade 2 lesion. It took us much further. A visit to your doctor could be in order.

This could be a stress fracture. Here are some questions, the doctor can help diagnose:

The pain is located? If you try to push the bone into the area where it hurts, no increase in pain? Can you stand on one leg with the leg-side where you feel pain? Can you jump on your leg?

A "yes" in response to the first two, and a "no" answer to one of the following is a stress fracture. The fracture is in the pelvis or hip.

If you have a stress fracture may not be for two months.

Here are some questions for a "yes" signifies a higher risk for stress fractures:

For a short time, significantly increased the amount of training you do?

Their diet is low in calcium? Is there a family history of osteoporosisRosi's problems, or low bone density? A menstrual disorders?
